Returns, refunds and cancellation policy

Thanks for shopping at Insta Express, hosted on domain Insta Express (“Website”).

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) provides the terms which will govern requests made by you the user (“User”, “you” “your”) for product returns, replacements, and cancellations. The window for returns and replacements may vary depending upon the type of product (such time windows may be mentioned by us on the product pages on the Website). You acknowledge and agree hereby through this reference that you have read and understood this Policy prior to making any purchase on our Website. Please note that all products may not be eligible for returns and replacements or cancellations. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over this Policy

Returns

We want you to have a great experience shopping with us! It is important to us that you receive your order on time and in good condition.

  • You have to return the product within the time period mentioned on the product page (generally within five days for most products) from the date you received the product to the following address: 1096 SS Erin Rd Debe, Trinidad West Indies.
  • We may arrange for the product to be picked up by us at extra cost to you which may be notified to you via email or other means. We may refuse return if the terms mentioned in this Policy are not adhered to by you.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging with all included parts.
  • The product must be the correct (the same product(s) with intact tags if applicable), complete (All included accessories such as manuals), unused, undamaged along with undamaged packaging (Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged).
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacement

Replacements for missing items or items damaged in shipping will be shipped at no additional cost using the same method that was selected when your order was submitted. If you ordered the product with expedited shipping (if applicable), any replacements will be shipped using the same method.

If replacements are required more quickly than the original shipping method would allow, we will ship the replacement with the method you prefer for extra cost. The additional cost can be paid using a credit card or via invoice. We do not keep credit card information on file; please ensure you have your payment method ready when you contact us.

We reserve the right to ask you for pictures and other evidence to verify your missing items or damaged items claim before processing the replacement.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (generally within 10 business days from the date of return approval), depending on your card issuer's policies. Transaction charges deducted by your card issuer or the payment processor are non-refundable. If your return is not approved, we will send the item back to your original delivery address provided that you pay the cost of reshipping.

Cancellations

Cancellation of product(s) in an order happens within 24 hours if the order has not been shipped yet by the seller. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to us. You may be charged a cancellation fee if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped. Orders from certain categories cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, please check the product page for more details.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. ​ If you receive a refund and the cost of return shipping was paid by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
